Who is BASE Strength Lab for?

BASE Strength Lab is for people who want to train with intent โ€” beginners, intermediate, and experienced lifters who value strength, form, and consistency.

Do I need prior experience?

No. We coach from the basics and scale everything to your level.

Is this personal training or group training?

Sessions are small-group based with personal attention on technique and progression.

What is the class size?

We keep class sizes limited to ensure quality coaching and safety.

Can I come for a trial session?

Yes. Reach out on Instagram or WhatsApp to book a trial.

When should I arrive ?

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can orient you and set you up comfortably.

What should I bring to training session?

Comfortable training clothes, shoes, small water bottle and a willingness to work hard.

What are the parking options?

We have car and bike parking availble just outside our studio.
